Shrinking middle class

I sometimes have compulsions to do little things like tap the wall 2 times, then touch my nose, and tap the wall again twice. I also have bad muscular tremors sometimes for almost two hours, and I feel so terrible after. I sometimes feel like I'm in a cage with my constant tremors and twitch attacks because I can't do anything at all when they happen. My speech blurs, and my brain feels like it's flickering on and off and I can't think while they happen. I am grateful that I don't have any other bothersome problems though.

Body weight exercises are a thing you know.
Even a local playground has pretty much everything you need.

doing 100 pushups seems to make no difference in anything

Girl's who try to look hot. I mean come on it's so loving annoying I almost failed a test. Everywhere it's in the corner of my eye. Mostly in school.

I also hate those people who come weirdly close to my head  my temples start to hurt in a strange way. Mostly like fuzzing.

Then you are probably doing them wrong.
Body in line, go down 3 seconds, stay down 3 seconds, then up 3 seconds.
Try doing 100 of those.
Positioning also determines which muscles are being worked out, if you are doing pushups for bigger biceps or something then yeah that's not happening.
Not to mention pushups are just one of the vast amounts of body weight exercises.
And last thing, I hope you don't mean just doing 100 push ups and that's all, doing a couple of any exercise one time isn't going to do anything.
