i think most of the reason people think Hammer did it is because he was offering very poor defenses and eventually outright stated he did it (He kept saying "It was either me or Pacnet" and then he finally said "Pacnet didn't do it."). I don't know how that's NOT admitting to it but maybe he meant something different, who knows |
