Yes, it was.
But I'm not targeting you. This has happened before.

However, if it's a really slick vehicle, it bothers me, because I may want to make like a street race or something with it, but I can't.

So only the personal add-ons you want should be released?
What if they made that vehicle FOR the server?
Kinlord999:
I think personal add-ons are bad. People say that they're for server appeal but seriously, why does having your server 100% full matter that much? Users play whatever they want to. Having a personal add-on for your own little 'fanclub' and to collect players is idiocy. All finished addons should be public.
Alkatjo:
I don't see what's so bad about it. I've made add-ons for my server only. People have asked for them. I tell them no because why not? Its just a few models I threw into the game to spice my map up a little. Its not like I've made maps integrated with shaders holy stuff calm down.
Its not like we're forced to GIVE OUT our add-ons. Well it may be very soon...
Wispfire:
Private addons serve no purpose other than to brag about how you have it and others don't.
Personal addons, however, serve a purpose for a specific server. They serve to make servers stand out, like they should and do, unlike private addons which get muddled after being passed around so much.
However, I think that personal addons should get released after you are done with them, unless you plan to use them for future ideas.
Bushido:
note that there are instances where there is overlap
for instance me and port were hosting super murder mystery and explicitly didn't release it to anyone else, but did hand it back and forth between ourselves occasionally so we could both work on it
'personal' doesn't necessarily mean 'just one person'. in fact i'd say that it's the wrong label entirely
