Do you even test your maps? They're all poorly designed, broken, ugly pieces of stuff. MAP02's and MAP03's exit doors don't even work. There are two many enemies and none of them drop ammo. Start over and follow John Romero's tips

What source port are you using, i tested it with zdoom and the doors are supposed to work

did you test your maps

I opened up Zachie's Mod in GZDoom Builder. The reason MAP02's level exit doesn't work? The exit trigger isn't the door. The exit action is 96 units infront of the door, bound to a linedef that's completely invisible in normal play.

(area in red poorly drawn rectangle is the exit button)

Same goes for the exit doors in MAP01, MAP03, and MAP04.

how do you even mess up the exit...?

creating a level exit button is literally the easiest part
