Ephialtes beats around the bush when it comes to RTB problems (locking every thread related to any discussion on it, getting all defensive, etc), so even if he has been watching, he doesn't want to make himself known (especially with Kalphiter around).

Stocking, idk.  Starts all the controversial topics and runs off.  When it dies down, she bumps it again.

I doubt there are multiple Okivers unless they are linked in some way, like the faint but possible link between Oliver and Lukas.
