Black Widow's are poisonous. Pesticides wont do much on them. I recommend setting up some Glue traps to kill the spiders because they'll starve to death. If that fails or your scared to, call a Spider exterminator to eradicate them spiders. Also, seal up potential holes that provide shelter to small spider colonies.

Spiders are really attracted to clutter, and dust. I think cleaning up the areas where you have spiders would help.
