The Twins - The Twins were an Experiment by The Trio, in an Attempt to put Two Minds into One Boss. The Experiment went Wrong and Corrupted Both Beings. They Share the Same Thoughts, but have Trouble Cooperating. - The Twins prefer Close-Quarters-Combat and Teamwork.

Primal Jay - Primal Jay is the Creator of The Bosses, and the Worlds(maps) we Fight On. He is the Eternal Watcher of Everything. He is even Responsible for the Creaton of the Dreaded God Zero. - Primal Jay prefer's to Be Highly Aggressive and Good at Killing Anything.

Harbinger - Harbinger is a Mortal God. She is the One Responsible for Imprisoning all of The Normals in this Dimension to fight the Bosses, which is Classified as Self Delete. - Harbinger is a Very Aggressive adversary, who Prefers Close-Quarters-Combat.

Fusion - Fusion is a Perfected Version of The Twins. IT is the Combining of both Primal Jay and Harbinger. Primal Jay's Personality is More Shown, while Harbingers Dark appearance is visible. - Fusions Combat Style is currently UNKNOWN. But it is Suspected to be a Fusion of both Primal Jay and Harbingers Combat Styles. Use EXTREME Caution when Fighting this Boss!

Zero - The Youngest God of the Three. And umong the Three, he is the Detailer of the Worlds. Zero is also The Most Arrogant of the Three. Zero will call to His Bigger Brothers, in the event he is About to Die. It is Best advised to Let Zero Live. - Zero's Combat Style is Unknown.

Zero-Two - Zero-Two is the Oldest, but Not the Boss of the Triplets. Zero-Two as he Claims, was Reborn by Primal Jay whom he Refers to as "The Great God". Zero-Two has a Very VERY Severe case of Depression. Zero-Two is also The Designer of the Worlds. - Zero-Two's Combat Style is UNKNOWN. But most Likely to be VERY Aggressive.

Zero-Three - The Middle-Aged brother of the Triplets, and the Summoner of the Worlds at The Same Time. Zero-Three is the Advisor to Primal Jay. Zero-Three has a Short Fuse, and is Mildly Corrupt. Zero-Three is the Ruler of The Triplets and The Controller of The Worlds. It is Said, that Every Human slain by Zero-Three Himself. A Star is Born in the Sky. - Zero-Three's Combat Style is UNKNOWN. Due to him being the Leader of the Triplets, he is considered the strongest of The Three. You Should Use EXTREME CAUTION When Facing Him.

It seems you guys aimed for quantity vs Quality if anything. Sure, they're original, but not unique.

Did you proofread? I suggest you do because there are plenty of misspelled words and grammatical errors :/. Nice storyline though. Could use more detail into map, perhaps more secrets. Also the spawn could use some work, to me it looks spammy and in efficient because of the bricks you used. I don't know if you changed it or not though.
