Some guy in Anaheim far from me said he'd buy but he needs to call us back to set up a meeting point and it's been like 3 loving days since he said he'd call back. And it just won't sell. How do I make this sell fast before I go loving insane?

Seems pretty reasonable to me since it's half it's retail value. I'd keep it at that price.
