Lets use some deductive reasoning.
Disney offers Badspot a large amount of money for Blockland.
Badspot sells Blockland.
He goes in a hidey-hole and we never see him again.
Ephialtes gets replaced and runs in front of a truck.
Six-year-olds flood Blockland.
Word censors are increased to include, "crap", "crud", "stupid", "dumb", "Badspot", etc and are unable to be turned off.
RTB is removed.
Blockland Forums is removed.
Player server hosting is removed.
The only multiplayer servers open will be run by Disney administrators, building is limited to 150 bricks.
Print bricks are removed.

but that really makes no sense
if disney bought blockland, they would turn it 2d?? i do not get??
