Chat Emoticons

I would like some one to make emoticons for chat. For example,
Person 1 : Hey could you help me build this?
Person 2 : Sure
Person 1: :cookieMonster:
Port's version (I have installed both client and server) Doesn't work properly, It it loaded it just won't display the emoticons.

Yeah they had a bunch of extra emotes.
