This Alien-Powered monster was the bane of my existence of my youth, playing War of the Monsters. His grapple was extremely loving op. Reminded me of Gundam.

This Robot killed more loving Jedi than grievous did himself. Rigged with duel tri lasers and a shield that blocks most anti infantry fire.
The Iron Giant

Being one of the few cartoon gems not made by Disney, this movie is so good a direct sequel would ruin it.

Although technically not a robot, his intelligence is loving scary. He is a murderous AI construct that seemed good in the beginning.
