Yes you can I think, I remember making an error in my script(copy pasting) and not changing the UI names
they both showed up on the UI

Well. You could just name it Pill              Self Delete so then you can see that it's the Self Delete pill when you select it from the drop down menu, but not when you have it in your inventory.

Actually, this would do very well to be incorporated into murder mystery or something.  Maybe you can take 1 pill that will heal you if you are close to unconsciousness, but there's a 50-50 chance that it's actually the Self Delete pill.
