Why does RTB takes forever to accept new add-ons now?

We understand he has things to do, it's just if hes going to be busy with other things for long periods of time he should find someone well suited for the roll and appoint them for add-on approval.

you also have to put into 'roll' that 99.9% of the blockland populous could never be trusted with such power.

I don't know, I don't really think people would abuse it, because they risk getting permanently cut off from all RTB services if Ephi finds out. Plus I would argue that people are inherently good and would try to do as honest a job as they could.
