Good Builder(s) Needed

Hello all, I am looking for good builders that can create me a sewer system and probably more. It isn't like I can't do any of it, but it's because I am not too good with detail. (Also I usually give up protects when I get frustrated with building.)
Want to know why I need it? Send me a PM.
(Think about the Thieves Guild's hideout, the Ratway.)

i think its pretty weak to just say you wont do it yourself because:
