Where is the Anti-Freekil add-on?

I want the Anti Freekill adddon used in Jail Escapes. It tells prisoners if they are wanted and if a guard freekills it notifies admins.
Yet again, I had to move this. Three4Three. I want the previous topics I made asking for the anti freekill add-on failbinned.

It's not a real thing. How would that even work anyway? And people freekill on tez's all the time. He doesn't care.
