How might I make button images that match the ones on the main menu?

Yeah, but exactly how thick, and how do I replicate this in paint.net?
The images are all 499x72, and the font is all the same size.

Do what Night Fox said, but in Microsoft Word or whatever its called.
Then PrintScr it and trans the background.
