Download for the Deticated.exe server file?

Wouldn't that work only if I had the dedicated launcher downloaded? aand I misspelled dedicated

no the dedicated launcher is a .bat file
which is just fancy talk for a shortcut to blockland.exe with -dedicated at the end

The hell? I restarted it for some addons and now it's hosting my v20 server
