Simon Says v8 - v8.1 PROGRESS

Tonight's party was a huge success, thanks to everyone who stopped by. I'll make sure to start working on Simon power-ups, which cost Simon points. I'll also continue working on a tie-breaker function, which Redoctober gave me a good idea.
