Simon Says v8 - v8.1 PROGRESS

Just shut down the server for the night, was a huge success tonight, we hit a max of 32 players. The server did lag out for a few seconds earlier, at least it didn't crash :)
I'll be working on Tiebreaker functions, as rounds end up taking way too long without these. Simon Power-ups will also be available. All the player power-ups worked perfectly, so no edits will be done there.

Thinking of hosting tonight since we've hit 100k BL_IDs, nothing huge but maybe for an hour or so. Will keep you guys posted.
