No. All he has on his server is a cookie farm, Bumper cars, And a cafe called dog thats filled with guns.

What if you made an arcade that required tokens to play each arcade game, and the only way to get tokens was to cash in cookie clicks?

There is a arena, called the Cookie Arena. the Dog Cafe thing is at the Arena.
Bumper cars were added because they were suggested.
Cookie farm is where baby cookies grow.
