I Saw A High Speed Pursuit - Getaway Escaped

So I was on Interstate 255 going towards Illinois and a white Dodge Stratus flew past going like 90mph. My dad said he saw police lights behind us. The getaway made a triple lane change, weaved onto the shoulder to pass cars, and got off on the last Missouri exit, running a stop sign, and going under the overpass. The cops just kept going and drove right past into Illinois where they made a u-turn (St Louis County police cars). This happened like 30 minutes ago.

I once saw a chase on US-101 (or CA-134...?)

I also saw a lambo pass us really fast on I-210 (the part where it "splits" into CA-134), nearly crashing into us. There were no cops chasing them. The lambo went for the freeway ending.

I've seen one pursuit here in New York, luckily the driver pulled over in the middle of the busy avenue because his little girl was there.

There are usually about five or more serious high speed pursuits within a 100-mile radius of where I live every year.  I saw one broadcasted live via helicopter.  Like fifteen police cars ended up boxing the car in and pinning in to a wall so it couldn't escape.  The clip was used on their "Our news is always watching out for you!" for like two years.
