the people judging the builds will have no affiliation with SPO or any of the clans competing. I will have no say in the outcome of the judge's decision.

every clan member is going to vote for their own clan, thats a given.
the outcome of the poll is going to depend on people not in clans.

So are you just going to eliminate every community member that is in a clan and poll the remainder through PMs? Because I can't really see how a public poll would play out without the clan members voting for their own clans.
