Now that I think of it, it might be possible to a certain extent. It hurts to think about it though, and your description is kinda hard to follow.

I'm sure it's possible, but it would mean forcing everyone to have a slow timescale whenever someone turns themself small, or if they chose to become bigger, only they would have to have a slow timescale

Or it can force only the client into a timescale, which is possible already. When the client is the only one in timescale, though, he still appears slower to the server...
I can't really think of a way to do this that isn't hacky.
