Teleport to where you last died.

I think this would be a good idea. When you die, you could say /deathteleport and it would teleport you to where you last died. RTB prefs would be preferred to choose who can use it. I would also prefer that only admins can use it by default.

This has kind of already been made, the teleport mod at unlimited mining servers. Except it is manual set-up with commands for where you teleport to
