How do you make reflections on blocks like mirrors?

We cannot due to engine limitations.  In the past, I have found camera events to be useful for house-like mirrors.  If you want more of a reflection like effect, people have made builds with a transparent floor and the same build under the floor as there is above the floor.

I might see about that.

What about using cameras to update images to prints.  This would be nice if servers were able to store such things with a synchronized cache system.
