I know, but she's really great and I just don't know how I can let her off easy.

And guys, I know you're all gay for buoys, but let's not change the subject.
ok well like, speaking as a grill here, i think you should be patient with her and maybe get her some real good charcoal
maybe even look into some lighter fluid to help her out

If you have to resort to lighter fluid then you don't know how to get your grill hot and bothered properly.

OP needs marital therapy.

Also, if she won't let you off, get her a free garbage truck ticket.

Some grills don't have the efficiency of others.

OP's grill must be lower quality grill. Maybe OP hasn't cleaned his grill out in awhile, either.

There's this one train I've been trying to hook up with for a while...

you never clean a grill dude wtf
grills take care of themselves dude, they've got their own localized ecosystem in there. you never put anything except proper burning material in there.

Some grills just can't clean themselves

My friends grill require him to clean her every two weeks. It's unfortunate, but she's a much better grill because of it

dude wtf no

grills need to be cleaned every two days or they will start smelling of fuel and her lower compartments will be caked with brown/black

Here is the pan I cook in the oven with. I haven't washed it ever and everything I cook tastes so good.

uh, not if you care for them properly?? you shouldn't have to clean out your grill dude. you ruin the good smokey flavor of past meat if you clean it out.

I would cook on that grill.

I would cook on that grill.

Pan, not grill. Many differences. Lol

On another note, I think a portable George Foreman grill like this will do the job:

I own one too and it's not bad.
