Author Topic: I did better on my Mile Run!  (Read 4089 times)

I can never seem to get one digit numbers whenever I do the mile ;-;.

My fastest was at 7:39 during high school. I might've gotten first place at that time, but someone probably beat me by a second or two.

Great job! I went from not being abled to run a mile in the spring of this year to being abled to run a mile and a half by the summer. With practice you build up your endurance! The only thing blocking you from completing that stuff is your mind. Your body can do it :)

fastest mile ive recorded was like a 6:10

400M Hurdles time 61.3

Went down to a meet in Connecticut and didnt know it was 300 hurdles instead of 400. Ended placing like 5th. Its so much easier lol

I'm in like the armpit of Long Island sound, so you were probably way off to the East.

I did this, got about 14 mins. Then again I had to run it in hiking shoes.
