(I know these things because i manage the hardware the server is on.)

Server Downtime from 4:00pm to 4:30pm.
Reason: We had a power failure.. Not much else i can say about that.

Reason: For some reason the internet connection to the server
thought it'd be funny to crap out in the middle of the night.
