Rocket thruster "jetpack" gun

I got this idea from one of the weapons in Bushido's quake-like weapon pack, basically it's a gun that has enough recoil to send you flying.
I'd love it if someone made a portable rocket thruster that has enough recoil to lift you slightly from the ground, it would also be really cool to use in anti-gravity zones.
