that's actually pretty cool

I love the B in the middle and how it has markings all the proper markings on the field.

The scoreboard could be improved and maybe some seating on the other side also. Other than that, looks really cool.

EDIT: One question, how is the downs and stuff controlled?

Manually. There's that black thing at the side of the field you see and it has a number (downs) and if you look closely there are yellow markings in which it shows exactly where the next 10 yards are (sorry I didn't get a closer picture)

I got a cool idea. Since there is a Referee team, we could event it so that at each yard line, there is 3 buttons. One is yellow, another is blue and the 3rd is green. This changes the yard line to the color desired (green changes it back to normal). The players wouldn't be able to activate it only the referees.

Oh and honestly I think you should just make a field and not have much seating. There can be 0 lag whatsoever when playing football, and bricks cause lag.

From the looks of it, each segment of seating is about 200 bricks at most (see the duplication). I think the FPS will be low enough since the stadium isn't as detailed (which doesn't really matter at the moment) but is functional. If not we can make it look like most stadiums. One side is taller than the other.
