Dr. Who Sonic Screwdriver

I was just watching a episode of dr who, and I was wondering if someone could make me a sonic screw driver.
Screw driver should deal 30 damage to players every 10 seconds. Also when pointed at objects should have a "OnSonic"

If somebody decides to make this, I would also like an auto disconnect function for any server that spawns one of these as a separate addon.

No no, Only I would have it.
Id rather never see this addon and it would really help me out there.
