tow truck?

Ok is it possible to make a tow truck or just a truck that carrys cars or items that you wish like a delivery truck just asking. If i were to know scrips and modling and all that stuff i could be making addons by now but i dont. You can try if you want to,ill add a picture when i get to the computer

I remember this addon called a Skycrane
It's a helicopter that can lift other vehicles.
So I'd say it is possible, although a flying vehicle is probably less glitchy than a driving one.

a helicopter is the glitchiest vehicle you could get
so this is definitely possible
