Achievement guide?

Just click on name
Then:
Old name - Carbon Zypher
New name - Carbon Zypher
Worked for me

Okay that worked. I can't get the Gay Pirate or the tutorial achievement. I have no idea why. I changed my avatar and tried randomizing it on an online server. I made an online tutorial server and finished it. Nothing.
