How to Fix RTB Overlay

i have it at ctrl+i for when it used to be called IRC :P

well thx to steam, i can use it to chat to blocklanders about x1000 easier then the irc.
giving me basically no reason to be opening up rtb overlay at all.

CTRL+I for RTB and Shift+TAB for Steam.
