Id love to try this out right now, could you open a server so we can try It. This gave me an idea like a speedkart race and when you go of a ramp, you can swing on a bridge or something from your car and that would be badass. OR EVEN WATER SKIING, that woukd be sick. No, the hookshot is not the same. The hookshot always pulls you to whatever you are attached to, whereas in Just Cause 2 you can attach an object to another, pull an object to you, pull you to an object, etc.
