I doubt it. People can always place bricks and delete them, and they're never permanent on servers. It seems like it would just be too complicated and unreliable. The amount of bricks used in builds you've made/saved yourself seems better, and you could always just come up with that value yourself. Assuming you still have all the saves of anything you've ever built.
