Will returntoblockland.com ever be finished?

The account system isn't there yet, and the "Want to learn more about RTB?" links do nothing.
I guess I always push it to the edge of my mind when I see the site, but I just realized it's been 3 years.

Because honestly whenever I google an addon I want and click an RTB link I'm half expecting it to not exist at all since RTB2 was taken down
