Randomizer event/script

What I'd like is an event similar to the way Randomizer DMs function. So basically, like the AddItem event, except it gives you a random weapon out of all the weapons you have installed and enabled. I heard it's possible via VCE but I have no understanding of VCE at all.

Discuss, I guess. If you've got any help or have an addon, post below.
