I think the idea that the lowest ranks are "full of cheaters" is kind of oxymoronic.

It's not that bad if you're dealt a good hand of people who know what they're doing, or if you add some of the good ones.

People wouldn't get passed the lowest ranks without getting caught. They buy a new account, they start on the lowest level, ect.
