Old, I know, but they don't. I bet an m4a1-s boreal camo and got one back that had a VP sticker on it. I bet a named CZ-75 auto, and got one without the name tag.
Also, I deranked from SEM twice in one day. Fun.

Don't bet stuff with tags or stickers on them, unless you don't care about said tag or sticker.
My friend (who doesn't play CSGO obviously) unboxed two crates and got a Case Hardened Flip Knife (ww wear)
He gave it to his other friend who barely plays CSGO and not me :((
