You get ten minutes.

upon disconnecting, you have however many minutes are left in the current round to reconnect, plus the additional 3 minutes before auto abandon. so no, theres no scenario where youd get 10 minutes unless you were disconnected at the very beginning of warmup
in that case, warmup would be stretched to the longest time possible and your team would start the first round with a bot. then you get the 3 minutes until auto abandon message
