what the forget kind of question is that?

DarkRP allows everything to be more player-run. People must practically have good reputation to become a policeman, because the server casts a vote on whether or not they should become a policeman. Weapons have to be purchased in shipments and then sold. Players can vote demote other players for any reason, such as corrupt mayor. RDMing is not even allowed by server rule most of the time, making the game a whole lot cleaner and more enjoyable.

Basically DarkRP was designed to act as a mod around a player-based economy and it succeeded, while CityRPG is a mod that is mostly run by cops and criminals with drugs, killing, pickpocketing and arresting.
