Server Idea: Add-on Trading Market

They wouldn't be private anymore.
I've got a giant folder called the Fail-Bin on my desktop that has over 300 add-ons that are rather really old, Missing a download link, Or failed binned.
They're for my own personal use though.

They're.. not private the instant you send them to anyone but yourself.
