What would be a good graphics card for 150$ or less?

I've been wanting to upgrade for years. Right now I've still got my super crumby GeForce 210 from about 4-5 years ago.
I've been considering getting a GTX 600 series but I'm not 100% sure. Any suggestions?

The 660 seems pretty badass but I'm also upgrading my RAM. So I'm spending 150$ or so on a graphics card and 100$ on RAM.
Last year I bought corrupt RAM and whenever I put it in it would corrupt everything and I'd have to wipe my whole computer and start from scratch.
