Google Play: Error (RPC:S-3)

So I'm on my tablet that I got today but Google Play won't let me get any apps. I hit "install" and "Accept and download", it reverts back to the app's main screen and a popup message comes up saying, "Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-3]"

I've been searching online for troubleshooting and had my dad mess with it but I don't know what the problem is.

That made it worse....now Google Play won't open and shuts down by itself.

Ikr? Had to turn volume way up.

OT: After resetting the data and cache again, I reset the device. It failed twice more and started working, including app installation. Problem solved, thanks.
