^^That would work only if for some reason all of your vertices were flipped, which is unlikely.

Another solution would be to select all, then ctrl+w to weld together, which will often fix this problem. If that doesn't work, just make a new texture and apply it to the model, that should do it.

looks to me like the faces are all just backwards, that's a very easy fix, just press ctrl A to select it all and them go to the face tab and reverse vertex order, should be perfect again

Try Control+Shift+F

None of this worked. I'll just use MS3D and not Blender.
