Lets not forget why we play blockland- to build.
A lot of servers currently are pushing away from the building aspect of the game. If a player wants to shoot some zombies, they'd play a zombie game (like dayZ)
I think well administrated city RPG's are blockland's assets (like Diggy's City RPG)
They present well scripted mods and beautiful builds while allowing players to construct.

Thats just my opinion anyway.

I couldn't agree more. Diggy has an excellent server, but sadly there aren't many players coming regularly.

i agree with furdle

why not an actual fortwars kind of game, like from gmod

you build a fort with limited assets in a first phase, then fight or whatever to destroy the forts in the second phase
