He can't be legally pursued.
1. I don't think anyone is 100% sure that it is Oliver Esmann, although proof backs to it.
2. He is in a different country from the master server or something.
3. Ephialtes doesn't think it's worth the time and trouble.

I went into Barnabas' server and people had 500k+ IDs or something
