Can't launch blockland

I recently got a new computer because my old one was really out of date (windows xp) and now i'm on windows 8, I reinstalled blockland and everything was fine, addons were working too, now when i try to launch it gives me this eaxctly:

Fatal-ISV: (\dev\Blockland\trunk\engine\launcher.cc @ 22...
Trying to write without having succsesfully downloaded a manifest

I completely uninstalled blockland, it worked the first time, but then when i launched it again it gave me the same text

Heres a pic if it somhow helps further

first time using the forums so if i do anything wrong please correct me.
