I also decided to give players $1500 upon joining so they can further expand their loadout, and then there is the potential of the community chest to consider. |

most of my criticisms is sorta null because i was playing on an unfinished product, but there are some things i'd suggest * Though i'm a big fan of being able to purchase your own weapons and such, there are some things i would change, and one is that it would be very cool if you could choose to go to the weapons room before you died, kinda like how in COD if you change your weapons you only get the change after you respawn. That way, you would never be taken out of the action because you have to go and press "load" each time you die in a server where you already die pretty quickly. So basically, while playing, if you feel the MP5K ain't doing it for you, you can type like /spawnroom and then it will put you there when you die in that life * i don't know if you did this already, but you shouldn't be able to carry two primary weapons without the bacpack, and even then the backpack should just give you like, one extra primary. a shotgun and a sniper would be way too nuts and wouldn't make your loadouts that specified if you're basically a jack of all trades * The weapon's room could do with a remodel, it's a tad bit disorienting * It would be awesome if the maps were dynamic, sorta like map events in BF4 but maybe on a lesser scale, but in a sense that hey- if you like, do this you can blow up the radio tower and cut off the lights to a bunch of the map, or hey, if you shoot out the bolts on a grill plate you can break it and get to a secret service tunnel that takes you under the enemy base, basically stuff to spice up each map |

* Having trouble thinking of a way to do that that doesn't involve copious relays or actual work. My best idea is a team in the shop, but that wouldn't work very well because it would simply be unreliable on keeping players on their correct teams. I'm probably just going to have to actually script, but yeah, it's definitely the best way to do things. * I don't like the idea of restricting people's loadouts. I'm too used to the days of GoldenEye and TimeSplitters where if you wanted to carry a pile of rocketlaunchers, miniguns, and carrots in your hammerspace pocket, you could. The backpack's function is just to make your inventory bigger, not to expand any restrictions that aren't in place to begin with. * Aye, I just shoehorned the events into an old spawnroom build I had saved (I believe it's from when LeetZero had a TDM a long time ago), I'll probably build something better later. I've finally decided on what exactly to do regarding a build, so I'll probably even try to make it fit the aesthetic better. * That sort of thing has always been a fascinating little idea I try to blend into my deathmatch builds, but it's often rather hard to pull off well. As I mentioned above, I just decided on what I'm going to build first, and I can't really think of much that I could do with it in this regard. Still though, nothing's for sure, and we'll just have to see whenever I get far enough that this could be plausible to begin with. |
